Other Butchmamas and Our Allies
There are a number of websites that I read regularly, and many of those inspired me to start the butchmama page. Here are some "not your usual" mommy bloggers and other sites I have found during my exploration of mommyhood.
- Lesbian Dad - I've never met Lesbian Dad, but this blog and the amazing thoughts and photos found there make me feel like I have. Lesbian Dad has really inspired me a lot through the nine months I've been a mommy. And provided me with a cool coffee mug and t-shirt. Check it out.
- Mombian Not strictly for butchmamas, but a lot of great information for lesbian moms available here.
- The Other Mother I think I've read a book written by this blogger. Possibly more than one. In any event, I love the name of this blog, and the super curly hair on her kiddos.
- MommyToo This one is new to me, but it's kept up to date, which is rule #1 of blogging. AND, she has a little boy near my kiddo's age and a dog named Annie, just like me!
- Lesbian Family Great site that aggregates and organizes websites and blogs for and about lesbian families. T
